Hi, I’m Sam, a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer based in Watford. I offer mobile personal training for clients who prefer to work out at home, outdoors, or in their own space.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness, starting for the first time, or need professional guidance, I’ll help you build confidence, strength, and lasting results.
In addition to being fully insured, I've also earned a Level 4 Diploma as a Master Practitioner in Personal Training, so you can feel confident you’re getting expert guidance with a personal touch.

I provide essential equipment — resistance bands, dumbbells, alternatives to kettlebells, and mats — for effective, enjoyable sessions wherever you feel comfortable.

Personalised one-hour sessions with one client only
One client booking one session (1 x 1 hr) per week - £40 per week
One client booking two sessions (2 x 1 hr) per week - £75 per week
One client booking three sessions (3 x 1 hr) per week - £105 per week.
Personalised one-hour sessions with two clients together
Two clients booking one session (1 x 1 hr) together per week - £60 per week
Two clients booking two sessions (2 x 1 hr) together per week - £110 per week
Two clients booking three sessions (3 x 1 hr) together per week - £150 per week

Book a block of 6 sessions and only pay for 5.
Book a block of 8 sessions and only pay for 7.
All payments required in advance in order to secure bookings. Full refunds available if cancelled with at least 24 hrs notice. If cancelled within 24 hrs of appointment, session costs are non-refundable.
